Error performing feature key fetch: 'Data 2'

Feature Key Fetch Error Message Received When Downloading Feature Keys on ESA as below:

Error performing feature key fetch: 'Data 2'

 

Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue?

We'll probably need some additional information...

 

Is this for a virtual? If so, then the 'Check for new keys' option will not work. If for a physical, then it sounds like a possible misconfigured update server and/or something on your network. Are you able to pull down all other updates? (Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus/ETC)

You could start by confirming if traffic to the Cisco update servers are allowed from the Data 2 interface on the ESA.

 

update-manifests.iromport.com 443

downloads.ironport.com 80

updates.ironport.com 80

 

From the CLI of the appliance type telnet and press enter to select the source interface and then the destination hosts above one by one.

Yes, it is a Physical ESA appliance and I could see that Anti-spam and Anti-virus are updating to latest date. Can you suggest me on how to resolve this?
