Is anyone else having trouble getting Spam and AV updates for their ESA appliance? We have a c170.
Our firewall and filter are not blocking the connection. I also cleared the DNS.
For us, the problem started at about 3pm CST. Our logs show the connection being refused.

Yes, all of our ESA and WSA appliances are having issues. We have been in touch with support and have been informed it is a know issue related to the update servers.

Datacenter issues. If you will, please run updatenow force on your appliance(s). You should see connectivity and services update. Please be sure to tail updater_logs to verify.
