Hi Team!

What license should I offer to the customer to be able to check outgoing mail for spam and viruses: Premium or Inbound ?

Thanks!

I would suggest you need to protect both in and outbound to have the best system in place.

So I would advise going with -  Cisco Email Security Premium

Hello,

the inbound bundle (without AMP) includes Antispam, Outbreak Filters, Antivirus (Sophos). Those Services can be enabled for inbound AND outbound traffic.

the outbound bundle then is both an addon for DLP and the Cisco Registered Envelope Service.

taking the premium bundle is just the combination of them, so inbound + outbound.

so if you want antivirus and antispam for your outbound traffic you are good to go with the inbound bundle, even if that sounds kinda strange.

Hi !

Thanks!

I wonder why call a bundle "Inbound" if it provides functionality for a outbound email as well ?

may be a lot of beer in the marketing department

Yeeah)
It is just making confusion and sounds strange especially in this topic)
