We do dot deliver extra-large e-mails to our end-users but rather quarantine them on the ESA and the internal helpdesk will download an deliver the attachments.
This works for all attachments, except images. Images aren't presented for download (as "Save as dialogue" from the browser) but rather displayed in a new browser-tab.
When we right-click the image there to save it locally, the downloaded image-file get corrupted. While it has the correct filename (xyz.jpg), the "content" of the image - explored with a text-editor - reveals the HTML-sourcecode of the ESA-Webinterface.
We're on the lates AsyncOS and have tried all avaliable browsers.
Any ideas?
