I recently switched to Smart account/licensing for one customer's ESA cluster. They have 1000 mailboxes license. After provisioning and authorizing the appliances I see in Cisco Smart account for the relevant features only 2 in use and the rest in Balance as +998. Is this normal? The appliances have internet connectivity and can reach cisco smart licensing. Do I need to do some kind of reservation or wait maybe more than 1-2 days?
As far as I noticed, WSA and ESA will report to CSSM only 1 license consumed of each type for each machine (VM/HW) used.
So I assume you have two ESA appliances
