Hello everybody.
I have an ESA Appliance and I remarked that the local emails and the email with our domain are considered as a spam

What can I do to fix this problem ?

Thank you

One thought is you could update the mail flow policy associated with your (internal) listener(s) so that the spam-scanning engine is off.

Hello Youssef,

You can as tsilveruits has shared; disable the anti-spam scanning on the associated mail-flow policy.

Or you may (if it's outbound emails) disable anti-spam scanning for outbound email.

Though it's recommended if the ESA's spam engine is false positively tagging your emails as spam, submitting them to ham@access.ironport.com would assist in letting the automated system review and recategorize the samples, if it still occurs, to open a TAC case so we can engage the spam team directly.

But for an immediate relief, it would be to create a mail policy for this sender or domain, and disable or set the spam settings to deliver (Just for this policy).

Regards,

Matthew

thank you

I will try that
