Gmail has detected that this message is not RFC 5322 5.7.1 compliant

our application are relaying mail thorough cisco ironport, But some mails got rejected in gmail with  below error messhgae

Gmail has detected that this message is not RFC 5322', '5.7.1 compliant:', "5.7.1 'From' header is missing.",

Please suggest on this.

If an application is creating email without From header allignment checks will fail. Google is very strict in enforcing the SPF/DKIM/DMARC standards.
