How to get rid of "Outbreak Rule: OUTBREAK_xxxxxxx has threat level 3" logs

Hi

I wonder how I can get rid of those
    Outbreak Rule: OUTBREAK_xxxxxxx has threat level 3
messages in the mail_log.

They amount to close to 100k lines a day and don't provide valuable information to me.
I want to keep OVF running and "Outbreak Filter alerts" are already switched off.
I'm on AsyncOS 10.0.1-087 on a C690.

Suppose it has been fixed at AsyncOS 12.x ?

Haven't seen any logs after upgrade, but it's still open status on bug search tool.
