How to modify ESA SPAM message

Hi,

I was asked to modify default SPAM notification message that is generated by ESA. I need to bold some lines and change their color. (probably HTML code) could you tell me where and how to do it? I also need to modify the width of a column (see second pic). As you can see the e-mail address is cut off.

Thank you for your help.

For your first question, this would not currently be a possibility.  Adding HTML coding to the Spam Quarantine Notification is currently not available.  We would have to file an ENH request for this.  I am currently not finding one submitted for a similar sighting.

For the second part of your question, this is filed as an ENH request already:

Thank you Robert.

Hi Robert, i'm facing this bug as well. May I know if any update for this ENH request? Thanks.

Hi,

The mentioned enhancement requests do not have an ETA currently listed.

CSCuo51414 - Spam Quarantine Notification email should show full Sender address

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuo51414

CSCum82100 - FR ability to customize the Spam Quarantine Notification HTML template

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCum82100/?reffering_site=dumpcr

These are currently under review by the development team and would be addressed in the future.

Hello everyone,

Our users would also appreciate to see the full sender address instead of clicking every entry.

ist there any way to maybe upvote CSCuo51414 ?
The EHN is from 2016 and still lingering.

We are now on v14.0.0, the request dates back to v8.0.1

regards,

Kai
