Hi, we use Cisco C170 (Iron Port) device as our email gateway.
We have an enquiry from our IT security team: does Iron Port share / aggregate our email / browsing behaviors outside our network, for analysis purpose e.g.
Could someone please advise? Thanks!

So the ESA can do some of this, but you can also turn it off.
In the GUI, under Security Services/Senderbase you can enable or disable your participation in the Senderbase network.
Under Security Services/URL Filtering you can enable or disable Web Interaction tracking, which tracks if users click on links that the Outbreak Filters have rewritten.
The WSA also has similar features which you can also fully disable.

Hello,
As Ken stated you can turn this feature on/off; however, if you're also interested in reading in on some of the additional details of what is being shared if enabled, you can check out the user guide: here.
Thanks!
