Ironport Blocks automatic reply messages from exchange

Hi.

we are facing issue in out of office replies, where when we set Out of office for both internal and External, External users are not getting acknowledge that user is out of office. in the ironport message tracking we can see that it is dropping the auto-reply mails with below error:

Message 9022943 aborted: Dropped by filter 'DropNDRs'

We are having this issue and are waiting for a call from TAC. Were you able to get a resolve to this?

You have either a content filter or message filter in placed with name "DropNDRs" that is dropping the NDR. Most probably with the condition with "^$"  or subject
