Ironport C150 LDAP group query fails

Hello,

We have a question about LdaP group query against standard Active Directory group "Domain Users".

Such query fails for all users I've tested, while queries from other groups are succeeding.

I've already read this related thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2043558 and I understand that built-in AD container "Users" is actually CN - not OU. Unfortunately, query fails for both FQDNs:

CN=Domain Users,CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=com

and

CN=Domain Users,OU=Users,DC=domain,DC=com

Please help with correct FQDN for this built-in group.

Hello Nikolay,

This may just be an issue that is specific to your configuration and query. As such, it may be best to open a Service Request. This should allow the Cisco IronPort Customer Support team to gain specifics about your LDAP server and IronPort configuration. This can be done by clicking on the 'Open Service Request for thread' link, listed under the Actions menu on this page.
