Dears,
Receiving Email from Ironport continuous.
The Critical message is:
MID 17536981 antivirus server error
Version: 12.5.0-066
Timestamp: 17 Jan 2022 15:39:25 +0800

Hello,
Go to CLI , run diagnostic -> services -> anti-virus -> status
If it has an issue, try to restart it.
You can also view the logs from log subscription antivirus to see what is happening.
I would also suggest to switch the log subscription to the debug level even for a short-period of time.

Also check if your quarantine is full, such messages are appearing in cases like below:
