Disable AntiSpam and Malware box activity was performed and after the emails were delivered normally.
Should this happen after licenses expire?

Another intriguing point was that there was a user who forwarded the email at 2:30 pm, and when it was around 7 pm the customer called charging the email, after which the above action was taken by analyzing via CLI via Current log file, The 2:30 pm email was not identified, but the user sent me the email and was able to find it via the hpps.

Hi,

I believe you have the same query as seen under the thread below:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/email-security/licenses-have-expired-except-for-incoming-mail-handling/m-p/3943587

Also, please be informed that your ESA C370 and C670 appliance are end of sale and end of life. Please refer below link for more details:

Hi ppreenja

Ok, but the emails are and now with the licenses installed again, everything is working, my question is why I had an email problem if I still had Incoming Mail Handling active?

I know the box would no longer work with AntiSpam and Malware, but emails were only normalized after disabling both functions.

This issue would depend - as I shared in the other thread, under rare circumstances when an engine expires, it doesn't shut off properly and withholds emails until timeout occurs. Especially if the device was still actively processing emails at the time the licenses expired.
