I'm looking for the IronPort Outlook 2013 plugin.  I find plugins for Outlook 2010 I can download (updated in May 2013), but not finding 2013 download.  Does it exist?  Can anyone give me a pointer?

Thanks

Geoff -

You can download the new 7.3 plug-in directly from the 'Downloads' section:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10154/tsd_products_support_series_home.html

You will need a valid CCO log-in to access.

You can read the Admin Guide here:

Release Notes:

While that's true, the plugin (even the latest, 7.3) doesn't support Outlook 2013.

I agree with  Brian.

I have downloaded that EXE and documentation, but it specifically says Outlook 2010 only.

Actually we tried it anyway and found it doesn't work with 2013.  Hence my question, is there a version that does indeed support 2013?

Seems like there may not be one.  Any word on when that will be available?

Geoff

CiscoIronPortEmailSecurity_7-3-0-102 will not install on Outlook 2013 64-bit.  When will an update be available?

Brian

Supportability for Outlook 2013 is on road-map, but there is not a timeframe for the next revision release.

Hello Robert,
Was there a release of the plugin that was supported by Outlook 2013 64-bit?

Leticia Miralrio

Attached is the plugin compatibility matrix I've on hand, this may have been updated further recently.

The latest release 7.5 should support Outlook 2013 64 bit

Geoff,

I have installed the outlook plugin v7.2.0.039 with outlook 2013 (32bit) and it seems to work o.k. for me so far.

Greg,

Thanks for sharing that info. I had a customer use the 7.2 plugin as well in Outlook 2013 and it submitted spam samples fine.
