Ironport poor reputation of a domain

are clients Domain is being blocked due to the error 550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to poor reputation of a domain used in message transfer

 no matter what i do i cannot get this cleared via Talos, i get a automated response to say its been cleared but it never actually clears. i believe this may have all happened because the website the client used sent out spam, but i have fixed this and any DNS issues, as well as removing Exclaimer relays as they where blacklisted. i just need to find a way to have a chat with someone on the IronPort system to let me know what the next steps are to get this fixed please. i have tried multiple times to raise a ticket but nothing happens from there.

i just had a random flashback about posting here, i did get this fixed in the end, but the solution was to speak to a client that pays for Ironport, and they had to raise a ticket with Cisco directly to clear the issue on a global scale on there system. which did quickly get fixed after this. it would appear the Talos was not clearing the flag correctly. its not ideal solution but i hope this helps anyone that is in the same boat as i was.
