Hello!
after a power off my IronPort system is unable to accept/deliver emails and on the web interface the System Status tell me that "Queue is not mounted"!!!
Also the reboot procedure doesn’t really change anything, my last chance was the resetqueue command but after 2h and a lot of point ( .... ) also the reboot command is unable to stop this process.
Can anyone help me?

This is could be the result of a serious issue. You will need to contact customer support for additional assistance with this problem. If possible , it would be recommended to start remote access on this appliance so that the support engineer can log into the appliance and diagnose the root cause. With this type of error there is generally no diagnostics or corrective action that can be done from the CLI or the GUI on the appliance.
I would recommend contacting support as soon as possible so we can assist you. If this is your only appliance then this would typically be a P1 issuue.
