Hi Expert,

our office recently purchased new Ironport c170 including 3 yrs antispam, antivirus, licenses. By default all license are for 15 days only. Can anyone suggest me how to get the feature key to upload on ironport to get the 3 yrs license.

Normally the appliances poll their feature keys. You can iniate this manually by clicking on the button "Check for New Keys" (System Administration -> Feature Keys). Or you can add them completely manual via copy and paste in the same menu. Feature keys can be obtained from your sales representative (or at least in earlier times directly from Ironport).

Hello Laxman,

you can also open up a service request with the support team stating the serial number in question. The support team can mail you the existing keys then.
