LDAP group query

Hi all,

I'm testing to create the LDAP Group Query but somehow even the test query i also not able to get the result.

I already get the result "Failure: Action: match negative.
Reason: unknown error (assumed not a member of the group)."

Test Query

Query String:(&(memberOf={g})(proxyAddresses=smtp:{a}))

Email address: aaa@abc.com

Group Name: DL-abc-U

First Instance, did the ESA/WSA joined in to LDAP ?

If Yes, do tou have that group available "DL-abc-U" ? if Yes is this user in that Group "aaa@abc.com"

check on Windows server and query again after fixing above steps.

Hi,

you have to use the distinguished name of the group.

CN=DL-abc-u,OU=Groups,DC=domain,DC=local
