License for Virtual Email Security

Wr have a problem in registering our virtual ESA. We're unable to get the license. Can anyone help us on this error?

You'll need to contact Cisco licencing, licencing@cisco.com.

I assume you registered the licence via the Licencing portal?

As p.dath has provided, please contact the Cisco licensing team to have your license file generated for your device.

Else I would strong suggest to review this article, it may help you activate the license you have and also steps on how to apply it on your vESA.
