You will need to setup destconfig for gmail.com so your esa abides by their rules

gmail.com
Maximum messages per connection: 50
Rate Limiting:
100 concurrent connections
0 recipients per 60 minutes
Limits applied to entire domain, across all virtual gateways
TLS: Default
Bounce Verification Tagging: Default
Bounce Profile: Default
IP Sort Preference: Prefer IPv4

disregard post, send this info to wrong thread....sorry :-)

Are you using SPF at all?  If not, that is your problem.  We ran into that about 3 months ago and as soon as we created and implemented a SPF record, emails were delivered to Gmail.com.

is this working one, Failed or new setup.

If new one check SPF records

if working one broken, then look at any user sending bulk email to gmail
