Hello,
Successfully downloaded AsyncOS 16.0.0 build 054 and while trying to install this upgrade following error pops out. How to troubleshoot this problem?

I've tried restarting the tracking service from CLI (diagnostic > services)

The following errors occurred during upgrade:

Upgrade error: Upgrade stopped. The Message Tracking service requires more time to write the pending tracking information. Please retry the upgrade after 30 minutes.

Upgrade error: Note that if this problem persists, you need to contact Cisco TAC for assistance.

Upgrade exited without success.

Please attempt the upgrade again after clearing the error.

Hello,
I had the same error.
You need to open a ticket with the TAC. The colleague from TAC solved the problem quite quickly via remote access.

Best regards

Hi Giorgi007,

In my test environment, I changed the Message Tracking Service from Centralized Tracking to Local Tracking and then successfully performed the upgrade. After the upgrade, I switched the Message Tracking Service back from Local Tracking to Centralized Tracking.

I'm not sure if this is acceptable by Cisco.
