Message Tracking

At what point do messages become available for message tracking? Do they have to be messages that are actually delivered (get past all the mail policies) or is it all messages that are coming into Ironport (even those dropped by the mail policies).

It depends on the aSyncOS version. In version 6 you can do the tracking on the box and you see even the blocked connections.
If you use MailFlowCentral for message tracking you see all the messages that are entering your organisation (so also the messages dropped by policies).
