Migrating report data and statistics to replacement unit C160->C170?

Hi, is there some way to keep/migrate statstics and report data when replacing a Ironport Email appliance C160 unit with one (of two)broken disc in raid to a new C170

Is there some transfer procedure?

Hello Ulrik,

there is no backup functionality for statistics, reports and tracking on the Email Security appliances. That's only possilble on the Security Management Appliances (M-Series) these allow to backup or transfer all data to another appliance.

The only exceptions are log files and archived reports, you can download them via FTP or GUI.
