there is v14 Firmware OS on C195 with active Subscription (antispam), but runtime will be finished soon.
The new licence will be issued on the expiry date. (cisco standard)
We would prefer classic pak.
Smart Licence is not enabled on the device.
We have to start a Case at ASK Chat/Support for
"convert smart ESA license to classic PAK"
Who can generate a 10 day temp interim key?
