No mail Flow Reports for outgoing mail.

Can you confirm what is the name of the report you are looking at?
Is data missing for specific time frame or all dates?
Has it worked previously?
Share screenshots where possible.

Message tracking shows both inbound and outbound mails flowing well.
Incoming mail reports are being displayed not for outgoing.

Could you check the Monitor -> Sender Groups report to see if there are any connections matching the Relaylist.
All connections matching a relay mail flow policy sender group are considered outgoing.
