Password protected file quarantine

Is there any way to create exceptions to allow password protected files from specific email addresses to go through to intended recipients?

using Secure Email Cloud Gateway C100V and Cloud Email and Web Manager M100V

If you are using a content/message filter to block password protected files there are certainly ways to create exceptions for those.

Additional details on how its currently being blocked would help, since ESA does not block it by default.
