Problem Viewing chinise email trackings on Ironport

Hello,

I'm having problems to see message tracking of chinise emails. The problem is when we export the tracking to .csv format the subjects of the chinise emails appears weird.

Are there any form to export this emails on a correct format or change the text codification?

Hi Aitor,

Within the message tracking we have the UTF-8 encoded subject of the message and not the subject in the correct encoding, I see there were multiple defects filed for the same.

At the moment, I think using third party UTF-8 or Base64 encode/decode tool to convert the exported file fields is the only available workaround.

I tested this on a lab device and recent releases display the same behavior.
