we're facing a strange problem with our esa 11.0.3-251
some of our users complain that some recipients did not get our mails.
after checking the logs we found that some mails have been delivered correctly, investigating with the recipients we found that our mail have been categorized as spam and other mails have been rejected by the recipients mail host
we check our reputation and eventually if we were inserted in a blacklist but nothing... our system seems to be in good reputation state and no blacklisting.
someone has an idea why our mails are suddenly categorized as spam?
