Renew License in Cisco ESA

Hello Currently our Cisco ESA is using Smart License and will expired in 5 days. 

Is there any procedure how to renew the license for cisco esa that use Smart License?

If it is smart license, you dont have to do anything on the ESA as it pulls whatever is in the smart account... Please talk to your Cisco reseller/partner to give you a quote for renewal, and place the order.. Then verify that license is placed into the same smart account with newer date... the ESA will just update dynamically periodically...

We have place the order to cisco. Currently the cisco ESA is put on specific Virtual Account. Do i have to put the license to the Virtual Account same as the Cisco ESA Virtual Account?

Yes the same one.. Please send screenshots from the smart account and also from ESA after you have synced the smart license from the esa after getting the renewed license...
