Replace text in e-mail body?

I still do not get it.
We've Cisco ESA C190, using GUI.
I found Mail Policies - Outgoing Content Filters.
Ok, now I can "add outgoing content filter" with condition and action.
I can add condition "message body - contains text", but in the actions there is no "replace the text".
So how can I now replace the text in the body?

Well, I think I need a message filter, configured in CLI.
Unfortunately the documentation is very bad.
Some vidoes, of course they concentrate on one specific topic.
But no good information how to build a message filter...

I thought I've found a solution, but now I recognized it only works if the e-mail is text-only.
If it is HTML the text is not replaced, using "edit-body-text".
