Hi,

My end is using Secure Email Gateway Virtual C300V Version: 16.0.0-050. Our end user reported that she got a 2FA email with subject added "SPAM" unexpectedly.

Checked with other internal user, he also got those 2FA emails from same source but no subject added with "SPAM".

How can I report a support case?

There can be multiple reasons for this based on dynamic updates of rulesets etc.

You can create a support case via the support portal, (cisco.com -> Support -> Contact Support -> Open a New case) or go directly here:
https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case

You will need the emails with original headers for support analysis.
