Same listener to inbound and outbound emails

Hi guys.

I have a doubt. Can an ESA work with a sinlge listener for inbound and outbound emails? or it is mandatory to configure a listener for inbound (public) and a listener for outbound (private)

Hello,

Yes, the ESA will work just fine with a single Listener. I would say that is how most have it deployed. Just depends on your business requirements.
