I activated the delivery logs subscriptions on my Ironport and to read them I need to convert the binary logs to a csv or xml format. In the documentation book, it says :
Delivery logs are recorded in a binary format for resource efficiency. Delivery Log files must be post-processed using a provided utility to convert them to XML or CSV (comma-separated values) format. The conversion tools are located at:
http://support.ironport.com
But when I log on this support page, I'm logicaly redirected to CISCO Support. I search a long time about this tool on the cisco website and don't find it.
Is there someone who knows how to obtain this tool (or share it to me through ftp/filesharing) ?
