On my two IronPort C660s I'm getting Senderbase Network Server down on Security Services > Senderbase

True?

I think a lot of e-mail is getting rejected because we have if SBRS score is unavailable the e-mail sender is throttled quite a bit...

In the System Logs I am getting this:

Tue Aug  7 09:16:54 2012 Warning: Received an invalid DNS Response: rcode=ServFail data='\'\\xb8\\x97\\x81\\x82\\x00\\x01\\x00\\x00\\x00\\x00\\x00\\x00"1-6bd56214331f8cb4acc4dbf7fdd26e75\\x03198\\x03249\\x0217\\x0285\\x05v1x2s\\x0brf-adfe2ko9\\nsenderbase\\x03org\\x00\\x00\\x10\\x00\\x01\'' to IP 10.X.X.X looking up 1-6bd56214331f8cb4acc4dbf7fdd26e75.198.249.17.85.v1x2s.rf-adfe2ko9.senderbase.org

I replaced the last three digits of our DNS server with Xs....

Hmm I'm seeing it up:

Added a public DNS server as the third to the box in addition to our two internal DNS servers.  Made no difference.

Made the public DNS server the primary, started bouncing all kinds of internal messages.

Added a overridding DNS server for senderbase.org and all appears well.   Senderbase Network Servers's UP...

Thanks for the response Ken, I didn't think that Senderbase would be down but your screen shot helped me eliminate that.
