How long does a typical score take to go back up from Poor to Neutral? I recently had a spam issue on Monday, April 29th that was quickly resolved. I was blacklisted on 3 lists, which were removed by Monday night/Tuesday morning. However 3 days later I am still listed as Poor in the SenderBase score.

We have plenty of customers that we cannot send to, as they are blocking our domain to due the low score. Any ideas? How often does senderbase update?
