SMA upgrade path from 12.5.0-658 to 13.5.0

We recently upgrade our virtual SMA server from 11.5.1-115 to 12.5.0-658.  From the document

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/security/security_management/sma/sma13-5/SMA_13-5_Release_Notes.pdf

seeing that the upgrade path is available from 12.5.0-658 to 13.5.0.

However, after upgrading, when we check on the system upgrade, it'll show "no available upgrades."

The reason we want to upgrade to 13.5.0 is that from the matrix, https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/security/security_management/sma/sma_all/SMA-ESA-WSA_Compatibility.pdf

it seems that we need the SMA to be on 13.0 or above to support ESA 13.0.

The question is, is the matrix correct?  If so, how do we go about to upgrade the SMA server?

Thank you.

Well, upgrade path to 13.0.0-249 just showed up.  So, this no longer an issue.

Hi,

Glad to know issue is resolved. This is to inform you that SMA Async OS GD version 13 got released on February 2nd 2020 and hence you were unable to see Async OS version 13.0 earlier.

Please refer below link for more details:
