We received the message below on our C150...any info would be appreciated.
I have searched the "IronPort Support Knowledge Base" without any hits.
The Critical message is:
Sophos: Not enough space on the temporary partition to execute sophos update
Version: 7.1.2-020
Serial Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hello Patrick,
This critical issue that you will need to contact customer support to resolve. Unfortunately there is not any intervention the user can take to correct this. I would recommend contacting support and starting a service request so that we can assist you in correcting this problem.

Hi Patrick,
This issue will be needing a support tunnel to investigate. For a quicker resolution, have the tunnel information (serial number of the device and temporary password) along with the error message in the opened ticket.

We are having problems with IronPort staying responsive long enough to open the TAC case from it. The engineer onsite is waiting on instructions on how to proceed.
Can we open a case via phone with the Serial Number of the device?

Certainly, support will be able to create ticket if you have serial number of the device.
