TOP Alerts Cisco ESA

Hi,

I have 2 ESA with cluster and configuration and at the same time i have centralized management, but after configuring both cluster and SMA, i can no longer view the TOP Alerts from ESA, they are disabled, i mean i cannot click the radio button. Is there any way to see the TOP Alerts in GUI? in cli i was able to see it, but the customer want to view it from GUI.

You can find the snapshot of the disabled radio button of "view top alerts", even if i change the mode to all the available option, the "view top alerts" is still unclickable.

I cannot even find it in SMA, please let me know where can i view the top alerts in GUI.

im having the same problem, currently using admin privilege access. Have you fixed it or find the solution yet? May i know how do you fix it? Thanks.

Maybe your still looking for the answer. If you have a configured the alerts at the cluster level top alerts are geyed out. You can copy alert settings to the machine level to use this button. But then you wil have to manage the alerts on all nodes separately.
