Hi Abdul,

You can move the logs via FTP from old appliance to new appliance, make sure you enable FTP on old and new appliance interface.

1. Login to old appliance via FTP, ftp://<old_appliance_IP>

2. Login to new appliance via FTP, ftp://<new_appliance_IP>

3. Start copying the log files from old appliance to new appliance in respective folders.

I would like to inform you that for message tracking details, ESA use different database. Unfortunately it is not possible to move/copy a tracking log between C-series appliances.

This would require a SMA where message tracking details can be pushed to.

Thanks

Libin
