Unable to PING management IP 192.168.42.42

Hi All,

Please suggest what could be the issue i am unable to ping ironport management IP 192.168..42.42 from my laptop with same subnet i.e 192.168.42.50.

i need to access this device but unable to do so.

On your laptop, set your mask to 255.255.255.0 , and set a gateway address to 192.168.42.1
