You should check all your HAT Mail Policies to see what size is set. Check Mail Policies -> Mail Flow Policies and check each policy for the max message size. Make sure you select the right listener and don't forget the Default policy. Chances are that one of them have the lower setting.

While it is possible to bounce messages over a certain size with Content Filters and Mail Filters, usually the HAT Mail Policies is what you want to check first.

You can also confirm which Sender Group they ended up in from Message Tracking. Then select Mail Policies -> Hat Overview and check the Policy to the right of the Sender Group name. Message tracking will tell you the specific reason why a message got bounced.

Hi,

I checked everywhere including HAT Mail Policies (i.e. Relay, Accept, throtles) which I set to limit of 20MB from 10MB. I have created a Imcoming mail policy for particular user and disable antispam, Antivirus, content filtering and virus outbreak for troubleshooting.

below is a output of same through EHELO to server which show maximum size accepted by Email server i.e. Ironport ESA is 2097520 i.e. 20MB.
