Upgrade IronPort C360 from 7.6.3-019 to 8.5.6 build 106?

Good day! Tell me, please, is it possible to upgrade c360 immediately to the new version through the GUI, from 7.6.3-019 to 8.5.6?

Is there a recommended order for this upgrade?

Or is it strongly recommended to do this from the command line (CLI)?

It is not clustered.

Hi! I would suggest to wait until the command finishes, since the command it self says so "This command will delete all reporting data and cannot be aborted. In some instances it may take several minutes to complete. Please do not attempt a system restart until the command has returned." how are things looking after the command finished? are you still seeing "Data is currently unavailable"?

The command is still not over. 

I'm still seeing "Data is currently unavailable".

I guess I had just to restart the device.

Does it make sense to restart this process?

I found that the certificates of our network has expired. Maybe this has an effect on the reports?
