Urgent - ESA Virtual Blocking emails

Dear community, 

 

The Root CA of ESA Expired and i received an email about it. However, I fixed the Root CA and ESA is showing the validity of one year now. However emails have stopped entering our network since the issue happened. The mxtoolbox is showing: SendSMTPCommand: You hung up on us after we connected. Please whitelist us.

Hi to all, 

 

Restarted the service of email, checked logs to make sure that the cert was synchronized. And emails started to come.
