What kind of email encryption? Do you mean Cisco Registered Envelope Service?
If so, you probably only need to do outbound... from Mimecast, you ought to be able to create an outbound rule that can direct mail from a certain set of users through an ESA/CES, and the ESA would have a content filter to encrypt the mail via CRES.
Doesn't Mimecast have a similar offering?
