             like the picture,  what is meaning of status "Cisco Email Security Virtual Appliance  - System Administration > Feature Keys > Feature Keys

Hello,

the feature key status of dormant means that the respective feature has not been enabled in the configuration. For instance the Sophos key is dormant as Sophos Anti-Virus has been disabled under Security Services -> Sophos Anti-Virus.
