Internet failover / load balancing on ISR 4000

Hi,

Do we require to add any additional license on a ISR 4000 series router to configure internet failover / load balancing. The router is running on IP BASE license (IP Base License for Cisco ISR 4400 Series).

It depends on how you want failover to work. You may need the AX license.
