ear Cisco Team,
Recently, Microsoft introduced a feature called "Dev Drive", which you can read about here: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsdeveloper/2023/06/01/dev-drive-performance-security-and-control-for-developers/
As I understand it, this feature changes the file access method of the virus scanner on that drive from synchronous to asynchronous. This significantly improves compilation speed.
Currently, it appears to be available only for Microsoft Defender, and not for Cisco Endpoint Security.
To achieve similar performance benefits, it would be great if you could consider implementing this feature as well.
Best regards,
Stefan

Stefan,
Thank you for bringing up this feature. Since this would be a feature request, the best way to gain traction for implementation would be through your account team since they can link your account information to the request. Could you please send them that information?
Thanks,
-Matt
