My customer has some questions around the advanced security features within the SDWAN offering and how they are provisioned when ordered. Some questions highlighted were:
- If the DNA premier license is ordered my understanding is that an account will be created for both AMP and TG?
- How does the customer receive notification of the account created and subsequent access granted?
- What license levels within AMP and TG are given in this offering?
My customer, BT, are looking to launch these as part of their managed service offering and would be great to get an understanding of the above points please.
