Dear all,

When I do install AMP for endpoints in any device at the office, they're automatically are inserted into the "None" policy instead of the Windows Policy. This is a new thing, cos in the last months we didnt get this kind of results.

How can I do install AMP in a device and it goes straight to Windows Policy?

Thanks

Which installer are you using?  It should be linked to a policy.  When you download the connector from the. AMP Console under Management > Download Connector, you select a Group.  For each Group there are associated policies. For example, this Protect Group has the Protect Policy set for Windows connectors.
